Spring has sprung at last – well nearly! Not out of hibernation quite yet, still enjoying a little down time to re-charge the batteries and be creative with some new material before heading off to a few carefully chosen festivals throughout the Summer. Been busy though booking lots and lots of concerts – check out the tour dates. We even have Christmas concerts on sale already!

Hope you managed to catch Kate appearing on the Andrew Marr Show Sunday 11th November.  Nice chat with Andrew and live performance by Kate at the end of the show. Lovely people, lovely time.

Well – we can’t believe it but the release date is here at last! As I have said all along, it has been one of the best experiences of my life creating this record and I hope you all like it A big big thank-you to all of YOU for your continued support.

We had a lovely time at the Radio 2 In Concert, live from Radio Theatre in London.
Special guests include Eddi Reader, Sarah, Jarosz, Jim Causley and Ron Block.

Brand New Celebration Tour T-shirts with tour dates on the back are now available on line at our shop and at concerts. We have two colours a grey marl colour (always popular) in adult, ladyfit and children’s sizes and a lovely olive brown colour only available in adult and ladyfit.

We are pleased to announce that Kate is embarking on her 20 Year Celebration Tour taking in lovely venues from Cornwall to Gateshead. Kate and the band are all really excited about being back on the road again and getting the party started. The tour will showcase reworked versions of old favourites which feature on her new album 20 due for release in October. Two concerts, featuring some of the 20 special guests from the album are scheduled for Sheffield (21.10.12) and London (23.10.12). Check out the tour dates on line for a venue near you and come along and join them but hurry because tickets are selling fast for some of the concerts!

Kate and Damien are proud to announce the arrival of their second beautiful daughter Phoebe Summer Rusby O’Kane at 12.13pm on Monday 30th April weighing in at a healthy 7lb 15oz. Both Mother and baby are doing brill. One big happy family.

An interview with Kate asking her to chose five significant songs in her life with BBC Radio Scotland hosted by Phil Cunningham was broadcast on Tuesday 13th March at 14.05 and repeated on Sunday 18th March at 16.30. An interview with a difference and enjoyed by many.
